BZEN Bike return, bike refund

  • BZEN offers exclusively to private client buying directly on the BZEN e-shop and paying online directly to BZEN, 30 calendar days – as from the date of invoice – right of return (15 days for Outlet bikes)
  • The invoice date is equivalent to the shipping date from BZEN premises.
  • This offer does not apply to demo bikes or second hands bikes even if their were invoiced by BZEN and purchased via BZEN online shop.
  • This offer does not apply to clients buying at a BZEN shop.
  • The client must register his request for bike return – refund on the website
    “return & exchange” within 30 calendar days ((15 days for Outlet bikes)
  • The client must attach pictures of the bike from all sides to the notice.
  • The client must pack the bike in its original delivery box.
  • BZEN will register the request and notify to the client, within 5 working days, the acceptance based on the date and photos and will inform the client on the conditions for the refund.
  • BZEN will organise the bike pickup at its own cost.
  • At reception of the bike at BZEN premises, BZEN will inspect the bike.
  • If the bike is in perfect conditions, like new, BZEN will refund the client withing 15 working days from the reception of the bike.
  • If the bike has damages, BZEN will invoice the client for the bike repair and deduct the repair cost from the refund. The bike repair will be charged applying BZEN bike repair Policy.
  • BZEN will inform the client on the refund conditions within 5 working days after having received the bike.
