I am super satisfied with my London e-bike. The design of the bike is just great and the handling of the bike is just perfect due to the minimal weight and is really fun. And the fact that it's not visually recognizable as an e-bike is also pretty cool. I actually leave the car more often and am in our small town much more on the bike. So it should be : ) I can absolutely recommend the bike.

Apart from the fact that you can not see that my BZEN London is actually an Ebike, I find the design great! At the same time, it is extremely practical, because the bike is very easy to carry shoulders and with the low weight without much difficulty up stairs (including in my apartment). The handling is agile and sporty, exactly to my taste, which allows me to move deftly through the city jungle. The engine is also really performant. Even without gears and with the Gates belt drive, I can get up some steep inclines in Brussels without much effort. In short: it's just fun to ride the London!

Great, light and stylish e-bikes. I have a lot of fun using my London to ride between work and home. Perfect bike for commuting to every place in the city.

The BZEN London not only impressed me visually, the e-bike also delivers excellent performance, is well thought-out down to the smallest detail and also rides like one off the beaten track. All thumbs up.

The city bike has everything you need, and the Belgians have tailored it perfectly to the urban lifestyle.(...)But the best argument for the BZEN London comes from the scales. At just 16 kilograms, it weighs hardly more than a normal bike - despite the motor and battery. (...) Not only is it stable on the road, it also rides easily and mastered tight turns. We were also impressed by the motor. There is often a noticeable jolt when a rear hub motor kicks in. However, BZEN has managed to make this transition very smooth with the help of a torque and cadence sensor. (...) The curved handlebars and height-adjustable stem allow the rider to adopt an upright riding position. This makes the London comfortable to ride even on longer tours.

The BZEN London gives the impression that it is a traditional bike - lightweight and without a motor. Only the qualified eye will notice the larger-than-normal rear hub and the small display with a choice of riding modes. With stylish extras - beautiful LED lights, metal emblems, leather grips and saddle - the bike is also much nicer than the others.
