The BZEN team will take care of sending your new bike to the address you provided. Your bike will be perfectly packed and well protected. You will just need to open the box, fix the handlebar and the pedals, and adjust the saddle to your size. The instructions are available on the website and via a QR code printed on the delivery box. You will also find a detailed mounting instruction under support on our website. You may also watch the video on the home page or on YouTube BZEN unboxing.
You will need an Allen key number 4 and a wrench number 15. Both will be provided in the box at delivery.
If you ordered accessories together with your bike, they will already be mounted.
Delivery is free for orders as from 1.000€. For smaller orders, you will be charged a flat rate of 25€.
You may pay via bank wire transfer. To pay via bank wire transfer, simply select the bank transfer option at checkout. You will then receive a confirmation email with detailed payment instructions. Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we’ll send you an update to let you know that your order is being processed. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information and the approximate delivery date.
