Offer: You will receive a quote for the desired BZEN bike including accessories from the BZEN Brand Shop or a BZEN Service Partner.
Create an account: If you are not yet registered, Sign up in the convenient MyCyclis tool.
Upload offer: Upload your quote information into your MyCyclis account and calculate your exact net lease price.
Approval & email: Your request will now be reviewed. After the parties have reached an agreement, Cyclis will share the purchase order with the BZEN Brand Shop or Service Partner and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your bike is prepared for shipment.
Delivery & pickup: When your BZEN bike arrives at our Brand Shop or one of our Service Partners, you will be notified to pick it up. When you pick up your bike, all you have to do is confirm receipt and you are ready to crawl on the saddle.
