BZEN “Built for Her”
Photo Contest - Official Rules

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by BZEN SRL, Croix Henrard 22, B-4140 Sprimont, Belgium.

2. Who Can Participate?

The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 and older residing in the EU. Participation is intended for women, in line with the spirit of the “Built for Her” campaign.

3. How to Enter

Submit a photo of yourself with your BZEN e-bike that highlights one feature you love most. You can pick one of these themes – or create your own:
  • So light
  • So comfortable
  • So stylish
  • So easy
  • So elegant
  • So me

Submit your photo and your chosen phrase via:

  • Facebook (private message to BZEN Bikes)
  • Instagram (direct message to @bzenbikes)
  • Email to:  marketing@bzenbikes.com


Please include your full name and country of residence.

4. Entry period

Entries will be accepted from May 1, 2025 (00:00 CET) until May 31, 2025 (23:59 CET).

5. Prize

One winner will receive a brand-new BZEN e-bike of their choice from the current collection.
All participants receive 20% rebate for a stylish YAKKAY helmet (www.yakkay.com).
The winner will be selected by a jury based on creativity, relevance to the theme, and overall visual impact.
The winner will be announced by June 10, 2025.

6. Usage Rights

By entering the contest, you confirm and agree that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the submitted photo and have the right to share it.
  • You grant BZEN SRL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use your submitted content (photo, caption, and name or social handle) for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Your photo may be featured on BZEN’s website, social media, newsletters, and in press materials.
  • No additional compensation will be provided apart from the awarded prize.

7. Disqualification

Entries that do not comply with these rules, are offensive, manipulated, or submitted after the deadline may be disqualified at the discretion of BZEN SRL.
